Becoming Practically Imperfect

Author Brene Brown says, “Perfectionism is a self- destructive belief system that says, ‘If I look perfect, and do everything perfectly, I can avoid or minimize the painful feelings of shame, judgment, and blame.’” This is self-destructive.
